Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at shop@jennifermeyer.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from Jennifermeyer.com.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right exists from the moment your order is placed, and the 14-day period runs from the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you may use the withdrawal link provided in your order confirmation and shipping emails, on the order confirmation page, or by contacting us at shop@jennifermeyer.com or 844-446-3937. Upon receipt of your withdrawal request we will send you confirmation without undue delay.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the price of the returned item(s), any duties and taxes collected, and the original standard outbound shipping cost, to your original payment method. [If you intend to charge return shipping, keep the next sentence; if not, delete it.] You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, which will be deducted from your refund. No restocking or handling fees apply.

Certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, including goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, engraved or custom-made pieces), and goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. These items are not eligible for withdrawal.

Items marked "final sale" remain subject to the EU right of withdrawal for eligible EU customers, notwithstanding that label. If you are an EU customer and wish to withdraw from the purchase of a final-sale item, please contact us directly at shop@jennifermeyer.com and we will process your request.
