  • General

    • Yes, all of our jewelry can be custom ordered in white and rose gold. The price for the piece will remain the same but the production lead time is between 4-6 weeks. To place an order or learn more, please email us at shop@jennifermeyer.com and we will be happy to help!

    • All Jennifer Meyer jewelry is handcrafted in 18-karat gold. We recommend that you remove all inlay pieces before showering, swimming, and exercising to minimize the risk in discoloration. Moisturizers, perfumes and any other products can also have an effect on the color over time. Inlay cannot be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner or any other type of jewelry cleaner. Store separately from other jewelry, protecting in your jewelry box or pouch to prevent chipping or scratching. If you have any specific questions regarding the care of your JM piece, please email us at shop@jennifermeyer.com and we will be happy to help you.

    • Every inlay design is comprised of natural stones, which are hand-cut and set within 18 karat gold by our heritage jewelers in Los Angeles. All natural stones will vary in color, tone and their own unique characteristics—especially turquoise, lapis and vast color spectrum of opals. This means that no two will ever be the same, so you will truly own a one-of-a-kind piece! These nuances are what makes each stone beautiful and why we are unable to guarantee the specifics of the exact stone that will be selected for your order.

    • Yes, we sell all of our studs and earrings as singles and carry a limited collection of single studs on our site. If you do not see the one you are looking for or have any further questions, please send an email to shop@jennifermeyer.com so we can be of further assistance.

    • All of our orders come beautifully wrapped in branded Jennifer Meyer packaging, however, we do not offer different options of gift wrap.

  • PRE-ORDERS

    • Items listed for pre-order are not currently in our physical inventory and will be special ordered once your order is placed. These special orders generally take between 4-6 weeks before they are ready to ship.

    • The wait time on pre-orders can vary based on the item. Certain styles can take longer to produce than others. Typically, the wait times for pre-orders will vary from 4-6 to 6-8 weeks.

    • We do require full payment at the time of purchase on pre-orders to secure your item.

  • Alterations

    • We can size most of our rings to your desired size at no additional cost. The lead time to have a ring sized is approximately 4-6 weeks from your order date. Please email shop@jennifermeyer.com with the ring you would like to purchase and the desired size and a member of our team will send you an invoice with your custom size so you can easily checkout online.

    • We can lengthen or shorten any of our necklaces to your desired length. The lead time to have the chain length altered is approximately 4-6 weeks from your order date. We charge an additional $35 for every 2” of our tiffany chain added and an additional $70 for every 2” of bead chain added. Please email shop@jennifermeyer.com with the necklace you would like to purchase and the desired length and a member of our team will send you a custom invoice to easily checkout online.

    • Yes, we can absolutely change the clasp on our necklaces to a lobster clasp if you would prefer. We charge $25 for the lobster clasp and it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from your order date to ship to you. Please email shop@jennifermeyer.com with the necklace you would like and a member of our team will send you an invoice with the lobster clasp included for easy checkout online

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer chain extenders on our necklaces. If you are interested in having the length of your necklace altered, please reach out to shop@jennifermeyer.com and a member of our team will be in touch with details shortly.

    • Yes, we can create a custom lowercase word necklace for you. The custom necklace will take approximately 4-6 weeks in production from your order date. Please email shop@jennifermeyer with the word you had in mind and a member of our team will get back to you with pricing details.

    • Our best suggestion is for you to go to a local jeweler to have your ring size measured. We are happy to accommodate complimentary ring sizing on most of our rings.

  • Shipping

    • We process orders in the order in which they were placed Monday - Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time until your order ships. If you have questions about the status of your order, please email shop@jennifermeyer.com with your order number and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours Monday - Friday with an update

    • If your order has not left our shipping facility, we are able to change the shipping address on your order. Unfortunately, once your package is with FedEx, we are unable to change the shipping address on your order. Please email shop@jennifermeyer.com with your order number and we will be happy to provide a status update for you.

    • We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to FedEx directly as they will have the most up to date shipping information for you. Unfortunately, this delay is beyond our control.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any PO boxes

    • Yes, we do ship internationally. Please select your country using the flag icon on our homepage. We ship using DHL and all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Please note, you will have to pay all duties and taxes at the time you place your order.

    • Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. We monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. Customer shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it’s specifically exempt from taxation. For any purchase which does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sales, use or individual income tax return. Forms and corresponding instructions may be found on your state website.

  • Repairs

    • If this item was not originally purchased directly on Jennifermeyer.com or in our Pacific Palisades boutique, please reach out to the place of purchase as they should be able to facilitate the repair for you. If the item was purchased directly with us, please email repairs@jennifermeyer.com with your order number and an explanation of the repair needed and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.

  • Fragrance

    • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship within 5 business days after the order is placed, except for items on pre-sale. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All fragrance orders will ship with UPS 3-Day service. We are unable to ship the Eau de Parfum with expedited service. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

      Please note: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers, from UPS/DHL/FedEx to international mail carriers. Customers with non-contiguous US addresses (APO/FPO, Guam, Hawaii) may also take longer to deliver. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

    • As with all sales on Jennifermeyer.com, the Eau de parfum is final sale

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to update the shipping address on your order once your order has been placed.

    • If the cancellation is requested immediately after the sale, we will do our best to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to facilitate a cancellation. If the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund the order

    • The Jennifer Meyer Eau de Parfum is vegan and cruelty-free.

    • The Jennifer Meyer Eau de Parfum was manufactured in the USA with foreign components.

    • The listable allergens in the Jennifer Meyer Eau de Parfum include: Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, Citral.

    • Although reactions are not common, if you experience any kind of reaction to this fragrance, please discontinue use and contact your physician immediately.
