We stand behind our work and are pleased to offer complimentary repairs under our 1 year warranty for clients of Jennifermeyer.com and our Palisades Boutique for issues related to workmanship.
If your piece was damaged due to reasons beyond manufacturing or your purchase was made outside of this window or from one of our retail partners we’d be happy to assess the damage and repair for a fee.
Items purchased direct from Jennifer Meyer:
For repair inquiries on items purchased directly from Jennifer Meyer (jennifermeyer.com and Jennifer Meyer Boutique), please email repairs@jennifermeyer.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. We are not responsible for repairs made by any third party jewelers. We are unable to repair items that have been previously altered or repaired by any third party jewelers.

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, for items purchased directly through jennifermeyer.com and the Jennifer Meyer flagship boutique.
Examples of issues covered under our warranty include:

Faulty soldering or structural design flaws

In rare cases, if a stone is found to have a structural flaw due to craftsmanship and breaks under normal wear within the warranty period, our team will assess and determine if it qualifies for replacement.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear (including scratches, stretched chains, or bent metal)

Cracked, chipped, or damaged stones resulting from impact, mishandling, or improper care

Damage caused by storage techniques

Accidental damage or loss

Repairs or alterations made by any third party
Repairs Outside Warranty
If your piece is no longer under warranty or the issue falls outside the scope of coverage, we’re happy to offer repair services for a fee. Our team will provide a quote after reviewing the nature of the repair.
