For repair inquiries on items purchased directly from Jennifer Meyer (jennifermeyer.com and Jennifer Meyer Boutique), please email repairs@jennifermeyer.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. We are not responsible for repairs made by any third party jewelers. We are unable to repair items that have been previously altered or repaired by any third party jewelers.
