Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Our team will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

All domestic jewelry orders ship via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

All fragrance orders are shipped with UPS Ground service - we are unable to send expedited shipments containing the Eau de Parfum and international shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days.

Please note that Fedex does not deliver on weekends and our team does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

To check the status of your order please email us and be sure to include your order number. You can expect a customer service representative to get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

International Shipping: 

We ship via DHL and FedEx and all rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping and duty costs. As with domestic Jennifer Meyer orders, international shipments will also require a signature upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee arrival dates of International orders due to the rigorous customs process that some orders incur.
