Shipping

All domestic jewelry orders ship via UPS, while international jewelry orders are shipped via DHL. All jewelry shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or holiday schedules.

All domestic jewelry orders over $250 receive complimentary 3-day shipping. Enjoy complimentary 2-day shipping on orders of $5,000 or more, and complimentary overnight shipping on orders of $7,000 or more.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification; our team will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on Sundays, and our team does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company-observed holidays. Saturday delivery is available on non-holiday weekends for eligible orders using qualifying UPS services. The following holidays are observed:

All fragrance orders are shipped with UPS Ground service. We are unable to send expedited shipments containing the Eau de Parfum, and international shipping is not available at this time.

Most of our jewelry can be custom ordered in white or rose gold. While pricing typically remains the same, custom orders require a production lead time of 4–6 weeks. International orders ship via DHL. All applicable customs duties and taxes, including VAT, are included in your total at checkout. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount, with no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery. As with domestic orders, international shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee arrival dates of international orders due to the customs process that some orders incur.

We also offer same-day local delivery with SHIPSI in select areas of Los Angeles for a flat rate of $35. If you’re within the SHIPSI delivery radius, the option will automatically appear at checkout.

To check the status of your order, please email us and be sure to include your order number. You can expect a customer service representative to get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.
